## About

Marcin Herman has spent more than twenty years building software for banks and leasing companies, as a developer, team leader, project manager, team manager and system architect. Since 2022 he has run Herman Software, which covers four areas:

- Development, mostly in core banking and asset finance: leasing systems, their architecture, new modules and integrations.
- Consulting: system and process architecture, reviews of existing platforms, and advice on automation and AI adoption, including build versus buy, data handling and keeping control of automated work.
- Social media and content: full process automation with autonomous agent pipelines. They cover market and audience research, content planning, AI processing of photo, video and audio, publishing, replies and reporting, for single posts, whole campaigns and long-term activity that grows reach and visibility.
- LLM-based systems: RAG, KAG (knowledge-augmented generation), vector search, knowledge graphs, high-volume document and data processing, context engineering (grounding models in structured facts), token usage optimisation, fine-tuning and reinforcement learning for narrower tasks, harness engineering (the loops and graphs agents run in), MCP integrations, and automation of engineering and business workflows.

Stack: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Neo4j, Qdrant, Anthropic, OpenAI and open-weight LLMs, vLLM, llama.cpp, Docker, Azure DevOps, C#, .NET, SQL Server.
